The majority of our team is based in Africa, spread across Zambia, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa. We also have team members in India. Our future plans include expanding to Kenya, Cameroon, Mali, Uganda, and the Caribbean.

We have one of the largest applicant reach in Africa, receiving thousands of job applicants for each posting with no paid advertising. After a 4-step interview and evaluation process, less than 1% of applicants are hired.
