Where and how you'll do your work.

Remote

Fully distributed, no location required

The majority of roles at Zig are fully remote. We operate across time zones with intention - clear communication cadence, async-first where it makes sense, and no expectations of performative presence.

Majority of engineering, data & delivery roles
Hybrid

Part remote, part in-person

Some roles - particularly in delivery and senior leadership - involve periodic in-person time with clients or the team. We'll always be transparent about what that looks like before you apply.

Intro Call or Coding Challenge

For non-technical roles we do a 30 minute intro call, no scripts, just a real conversation. For technical roles we send a coding challenge relevant to the work you'd actually do.

Week 1

Real Problem Round

Not a puzzle. A real scenario relevant to the role. We look at your approach and your thinking - engineers show code, delivery folks walk through a case.

Week 1-2
